<p><strong>BIM (Building Information Modeling)&nbsp;</strong>is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure. </p><p><br><strong>BIM Day</strong> the brainchild of TEA and Autodesk , which first came to light in 2017 is a gathering for AEC professionals passionate for BIM technologies. Today it is the largest yearly BIM gathering where AEC professionals get together to exchange experiences &amp; learn the techniques, strategies &amp; tools used by leading BIM practitioners to overcome various challenges in the field.<br></p>

<p>During the period from 2005 till plans were disrupted by the&nbsp; Arab Spring&nbsp; , TEA Computers penetrated the Arab Stock Markets.&nbsp;<br></p><p><b>Gulf</b></p><p>In 2005 TEA Computers&nbsp; launched&nbsp; BIMSi in Dubai and Abu Dhabi , this was followed by launching Web based/ E-trading BIMSi Version, with direct connection to Cairo, Dubai and Abu Dhabi Stock exchanges the following year.</p><p>TEA Computers continued to grow and deliver its services in the Gulf through its resident staff in Dubai, and remotely from Cairo.</p><p><b>Libya</b><br></p><p>In cooperation with NILE IT (an MCDR company), TEA Computers designed, supplied, built and operated a turnkey solution for total IT services for Libyan Stock Market (LSM) in 2007.</p><p>Since LSM services launching in 2008 and till the Libyan revolution 2011, TEA Computers supervised both main (Tripoli) and DR (Benghazi) sites operation as well as deploying and supporting its Capital Marker Suite at several stock brokerage and portfolio and fund management firms via its resident staff in Libya and remotely from Cairo .</p><p><br></p>
